The Revision function within the grid creates a value in the "Revision" parameter between two snapshots that you choose to describe the change between.

Step 1

Select which parameters the feature should look at that may have changed between two time stamps. You can choose which ones you want the function to compare between

You need to have a Bookmark made in advance for the grid to be reused here for the selection of parameters!

The parameters you choose here are usually about the parameters that you use in a report. If you choose too many here, the result may not be as you wanted.

Step 2

Set value for Revison. Date, name or other, your choice. Choose snapshot from and to.

If the instance and its values are changed with the set conditions it will get the Revision value written.
